Construct expression plasmid using the transient expression vector and express protein in mammalian system

使用瞬時(shí)表達(dá)載體構(gòu)建蛋白表達(dá)質(zhì)粒，并在哺乳動(dòng)物表達(dá)系統(tǒng)中表達(dá)蛋白。（可選，也可以原核/真核表達(dá)方式）

Immunize mouse or other strain of animals

免疫接種小鼠或其他種屬動(dòng)物

Run hybridoma fusion, screening and subcloning

完成雜交瘤細(xì)胞融合、篩選和亞克隆（可選，不限于此）

Analyze the sequences of candidate antibodies

分析候選抗體的序列

Perform antibody engineering

進(jìn)行抗體的工程化特性改造（可選，不限于此）

Collect and summarize experimental results

收集、整理并總結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)果，事后分析歸納能力佳

Requirements:

任職要求：

M.S. degree in antibody technology, cell biology, molecular biology or B.S. with antibody-related experience is required.

要求具有抗體技術(shù)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)研究背景的碩士學(xué)歷或具有相關(guān)抗體制備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)士學(xué)歷。

Hands-on experience in antibody technology lab work such as immunization, cell fusion, ELISA/CLIA, Lateral flow and POCT is highly preferred.

優(yōu)先考慮在動(dòng)物免疫、細(xì)胞融合、ELISA/CLIA、Lateral flow和POCT等檢測(cè)試劑方面有實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者。

Familiar with AKTA, recombinant protein expression in mammalian system and antibody humanization and engineering will be appreciated.

熟悉AKTA、哺乳動(dòng)物系統(tǒng)表達(dá)重組蛋白及抗體人源化(可選，不是必須滿足項(xiàng))和工程化特性改造。

This position may work together with marketing analysis group,protein bioanalytical group.

Good literature skill in antibody technology and antibody discovery.
